Human Resources Specialist (Operations & Payroll) – 6 months contract

Our client is an international business group. We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist to support them on a 6-month contract.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR Operations and payroll management
• Strong expertise in maintaining accurate, confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with governance and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage employment contracts, benefits administration, and core HR operations end-to-end
• Skilled in maintaining confidential employee records and HR data with precision and regulatory adherence
• Track record of delivering seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience
• Effective collaboration with external partners such as payroll providers and recruiters to ensure efficient HR service delivery
