The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Specialist, Senior Civilian Human Resources (CHR) Policy Proponent, responsible for policies and programs pertaining to Civilian Human Resources Management. Responsibilities Develops CHR Policy. Advises the Director of Civilian Force Management (A1C) on actions required to plan, implement and sustain its mission Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis on CHR programs.
