The primary purpose of this position is: To provide recruitment and placement advice and guidance to managers in support of the installation Civilian Personnel Office. Responsibilities Performs the full range of Recruitment and Placement advisory services. Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to management on Human Resources Program.
