Serving as a senior specialist for internal and external recruitment and placement programs. Providing management with the widest range of flexibility for providing comprehensive staffing and placement services,- -utilizing innovative methods in locating qualified applicants to complete position fill actions for Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), Scientific/Technical (ST). Determining applicable precedents, laws, or regulations, identifying the most effective approaches, and validating the correctness and propriety of the actions taken. Performing duties which provide full range of Federal Civilian Recruitment and Placement services to customer offices.
