Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the COMMAND ADVISORY BRANCH of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE. Responsibilities You will provide advisory services on recruitment and placement issues, advise management on recruitment strategies, and offer advice concerning attracting the best qualified candidates in support of staffing goals and programs. You will conduct limited advisory classification services and position management support. You will apply standardized principles and practices of position classification sufficient to review management requests for classification-related actions.
