Conducts research, prepares background materials, drafts correspondence, and develops briefings for senior leadership. Performs complex analyses of HR proposals, initiatives, and plans to assess alignment with Agency strategic objectives. Conducts workforce and program impact analyses related to major HR initiatives, systems changes, or new requirements.
