Summary This position serves as a Human Resources Specialist for the Albuquerque Service Center(ASC) with responsibility for the recruitment/placement function. The incumbent provides staffing and placement advisory services in all stages of the recruitment process including guidance on merit system principles and prohibited personnel practices. Responsibilities Conducts job analysis, creates crediting plans, prepares promotion and placement announcements, issues referral certificates, and effects the full range of personnel actions.
