As an intern in the Human Capital Operations department, your responsibilities will encompass various HR operational and administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the department itself as well as the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Help with ID management (issue and maintain ID cards for employees)
- Assist in handling billings (check statements, create payment requests)
- Help prepare and issue Certificates of Employment and Completion and employee communication materials
- Assist with employee offboarding items and distribution of HR items (e.g., HMO cards, meal passes, corporate cards)
