Human Rights Grants & Programme Manager

KIOS Foundation is seeking an Adviser to manage and monitor funding for human rights work in South Asia, East Africa, and Ukraine. The role involves supporting NGOs, contributing to program evaluation, and participating in advocacy efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. This full-time position based in Helsinki offers a salary of approximately €3,700 as per the collective agreement.
