**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment and components to manufactures recommendation (valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters and lubrication etc.).
+ Learn basics of equipment management controls (Metasys, Siemens, TAC) to be able to start and stop equipment properly during preventive maintenance.
+ Identify and repair any potential problems found on HVAC equipment during preventive maintenance and notify supervisor of any discrepancies.
+ Requisitions and maintains stock of replacement parts used in repair of facilities equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret work orders.
+ Assist HVAC mechanics in the performance of routine maintenance and repairs to systems.
+ Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor or management.
