**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Position Summary:Maintains all types of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical controls used on Plant Operations/Maintenance equipment including HVAC, boilers, refrigeration units, constant pressure regulators for steam, gas, water, air, etc. Maintains regulator, generators and electrical distribution systems, including the emergency generators and standby systems. Maintains proper documentation of all tests, repairs and inspections including work performed by outside contractors.
