Senior HVAC Project Manager

A highly respected Midwest mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Chicagoland market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects up to $5M+
- Serve as primary point of contact for owners, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, scheduling, subcontractors, and change orders
- Identify value engineering and prefabrication opportunities
- Lead project teams and mentor junior staff
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
