HVAC Project Manager

An established mechanical services business is seeking an experienced Project Manager - HVAC to deliver commercial and industrial HVAC projects across Melbourne. This role offers end-to-end project ownership, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing HVAC projects from planning through to completion (up to the 5 million mark). They also work on larger projects which in time you will have the opportunity to work on. The experienced PM's at the moment are working on a 70 million job. 
• Programming, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Procurement of major plant and materials
• Managing progress claims, cash flow and financial reporting
