Aerotek is seeking a skilled, Journeyman-level HVAC Mechanic to join a team that services a portfolio of data centers in Northern VA (Ashburn, Sterling, Dulles). This is a **direct hire position** that will offer a **take home work vehicle** . The hourly pay rate offered is **$40-50/hr.**
This technician installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs commercial and industrial HVAC systems, with a primary focus on data center environments. This role works with equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, split systems, VRF and VAV systems, and air handling units, using strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret controls, drawings, and schematics. The technician ensures reliable, efficient, and safe operation of HVAC equipment critical to data center performance.
