HVAC Team Lead

**Amentum** is seeking an **HVAC Team Lead** for a position located in Williamsburg, VA. The HVAC Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians to maintain all base HVAC and associated building automation systems. This position reports to the O&M Manager and is responsible all HVAC maintenance on base. This position will use their computer, management, safety, and quality control experience and skills to ensure the base is operational and all contract requirements are being met. The HVAC Lead must coordinate their work with the leads of other Public Works departments and the customer. This is a working lead position, and the individual will be expected to perform field duties as needed in addition to supervisory responsibilities.
