Opportunity Description
SUMMARY: Operate, maintain, and repair arena HVAC systems and central plant equipment to support event operations, occupant comfort, and safe, efficient building performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Operate, monitor, and maintain arena HVAC systems including RTUs, AHUs, VAVs, exhaust/make-up air, and associated controls.
+ Operate and maintain chiller/boiler plant equipment including pumps, valves, and hydronic distribution systems.
+ Support event operations by pre-conditioning spaces to setpoints, monitoring comfort during events, and adjusting schedules/airflow for crowd load.
+ Monitor the building automation system (ALC), respond to alarms, and trend/adjust setpoints and schedules to optimize comfort and efficiency.
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC mechanical and controls issues to restore service quickly and minimize event disruption.
