HVAC Technician – CUPE LOCAL 4400
Full‑time position within the Environment Support Services Operations & Maintenance East/West department.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC/R systems, including boilers, furnaces, unit heaters, make‑up air units, chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, rooftop units, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, exhaust, supply, and ventilation systems.
