HVAC Technician

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the highest level of skilled discipline-specific tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of Universal Orlando Utilities as it pertains to all Industrial, Commercial and Non-Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, and Ride Vehicle (RV) HVAC equipment in Ride buildings, and the oversight of the UO chill water infrastructure.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Responsible for the systematic approach, guidance, and expertise regarding servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, supply/exhaust fans, pumps, valves, piping, associated controls, and accessories site wide, with an emphasis on Ride buildings, to improve operational reliability, safety, serviceability, and system efficiencies.
