HVAC Technician

This position is for an HVAC Technician who will work independently and as part of a team, performing predictive and preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency repairs on HVAC and facility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of air makeup, exhaust, heating, humidifiers, air conditioning, and chilled water systems.
• Work with outside vendors, engineers, and consultants on project-related or affecting HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions on the systems.
• Perform inspections to identify potential problems before a full breakdown.
• Respond to critical requests with urgency to return down equipment to service promptly.
