- $35-$50/hr base (based on real experience - not talk)
- + 5%-10% commission on system replacements
- + Bonuses on add-ons (IAQ, upgrades, accessories)
- Realistic total: $100K - $150K+
What You'll Be Doing
- Running your own calls - no micromanaging
- Diagnosing and repairing:
- Central air
- Mini splits
- Packaged systems
- Furnaces
- Talking to customers like a professional
- Identifying replacement opportunities
