HWIL Manager

**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Engineering and Technology Manager (ETM) and lead for Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) systems across multiple product lines within the Integration, Test and Evaluation (IT&E) functional directorate. This role requires a technical and operational leader who can drive the design, development, integration and testing of advanced missile and sensor subsystems within a real-time, closed-loop simulation environment. This leader will oversee a multi-disciplinary engineering team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and demonstrate proficiency in all the tenets of Full Spectrum Leadership.
