Hybird Civil Resident Consultant (ORD)

Job Description
Our customer is seeking a Civil Resident Consultant to support the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) in driving adoption and effective use of Bentley civil engineering applications. This role will act as a key liaison between end users and Bentley’s technical teams, ensuring seamless configuration, training, and ongoing support across OpenRoads, MicroStation, and related tools. The consultant will focus on improving user workflows, enabling digital delivery initiatives, and helping teams better leverage data and emerging AI capabilities within Bentley’s platform. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders, and a passion for user adoption and training.
