This role focuses on processing domestic and international cash disbursements accurately and on time, supporting accounts payable operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Cash Disbursement Specialist prepares weekly disbursement reports, validates supplier payment details, and provides clear payment information to both suppliers and internal stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to develop within the accounts payable function while working in a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
+ Create accurate and timely weekly disbursement reports to support scheduled payment runs.
+ Execute domestic and international disbursements, ensuring payments are processed correctly and within required timeframes.
