Hybrid Customer Experience Advisor Empathetic Troubleshooter

Deekay Technical Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Contact Centre team based in Roundway, England. You will be the voice of Aster, providing empathetic telephone support to our customers and resolving queries effectively.

The role requires excellent customer service skills, calmness under pressure, and the ability to multitask. Initial training takes place at our Devizes office for the first few weeks, with hybrid working options available afterward.
