We are seeking a talented and driven Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning team in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing regional demand forecasting and supporting the business in achieving sales and inventory objectives through accurate planning, strong analysis, and close cross‑functional collaboration.

This is a hybrid position based in our Basel office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

What you will do in this role:

Demand Forecasting & Planning

• Manage and maintain regional demand forecasts by SKU in SAP IBP on a monthly basis.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and KPI performance based on historical sales trends, demand drivers, and root causes of forecast bias and variation.
