Hybrid IT Support Specialist - Mac/Windows & Apps

Ruder Finn Asia is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to provide end-user support for both Mac and Windows systems. The role involves troubleshooting, administering Office 365 accounts, and supporting enterprise collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft software, experience in customer service, and abilities in troubleshooting various platforms. Knowledge of SharePoint and scripting is a plus.
