Hybrid IT Support Specialist - Mac/Windows & Apps

Ruder Finn Asia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site level 1 & 2 support in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves troubleshooting PC and Mac workstation issues, administrating Office 365 accounts, and supporting collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Productivity Suite and experience in customer service. This position offers exposure to an enterprise environment with a hybrid Mac and Windows fleet.
