Hybrid Locum Commercial Property Lawyer (Part-Time)

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is looking for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team in Exeter on a part-time basis. This hybrid role involves attending the office ideally once a week and handling various property law matters for an initial period of 3 months.

Key responsibilities include managing leases, licenses, landlord and tenant matters, as well as disposals and acquisitions. While public sector experience is preferred, candidates with private sector experience are also welcomed.
