A recruitment firm is looking for Junior and Senior Recruiters in Mandaluyong to manage end-to-end hiring for construction and engineering roles. This position requires strong sourcing skills and excellent communication, ideal for candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Candidates should have experience in recruitment (1–5 years) and preferably hold a degree in engineering or a related field. The work is hybrid, with 1 day working from home and 4 days onsite.
