Duties and Responsibilities

1. Execute call procedures effectively, in accordance with the SOP, before, during, and after calls.
2. Utilize sales levers at outlets according to the SOP and customer call procedures.
3. Maintain accurate records of all wines listed on wine lists within your sales area, following the wine list database SOP.
4. Manage stock allocation as per RSM requirements and stock allocation reports.
5. Log all calls and interactions with customers on the handheld device, following SOP and RSM guidelines.
