Opportunity Description
JOB SUMMARY Assist in overseeing hotel hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The role supports the implementation of hygiene programs across kitchens, food preparation areas, restaurants, and other operational departments to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and employees. Responsible for monitoring hygiene standards, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting corrective actions where required. Also assists in promoting food safety awareness and training among employees. Setting and monitoring hygiene standards and compliance targets in line with the company's policies and regulatory requirements. Organizing hygiene audits and ensuring departmental compliance while supporting staff training and development in food safety and sanitation practices.
