IBA Accounts Assistant - 6 month FTC (remote or Manchester based)

Role can either be remote or Manchester based - 6 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract)

Responsibilities

• Management of own workload effectively prioritising activity to achieve targets and quality standards as per agreed objectives
• Build & maintain effective and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support and assist other members of the IBA team to achieve departmental objectives
• Fully investigate and resolve queries, including more complex queries, in a timely and accurate manner
• Comply and assist with the development of Group and departmental policies and procedures
• Identify and record breaches of policies and CASS 5 rules
• IBA Processing, Cash Management, Cash Allocation, Bank Reconciliations, Insurer & Bordereaux Reconciliation, Client Money Calculations, Client Refunds, Payment Processing, Debt Management
