ICT Support Team Lead - Service Desk & Projects

Mediclinic Group is looking for an ICT Support Specialist to provide first line support at their Dubai location. This role involves resolving ICT technical problems for users and managing workflows within the team.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree, alongside ITIL certification and at least 3 years of experience in the ICT support service environment.

Applicants familiar with the Healthcare industry are preferred, and strong communication skills in English are essential.
