ICU RN - PRN Night

Our **10-bed ICU** provides high-acuity, patient-centered care in a close-knit environment where teamwork and clinical excellence are essential. Nurse-to-patient ratios are **1:2 or 1:3 based on acuity** , allowing nurses to deliver focused, hands-on critical care.

**Patient Population & Clinical Experience**
Nurses in the ICU manage complex, high-acuity cases, including:

+ Septic shock, DKA, respiratory failure
+ CHF and atrial fibrillation
+ Stroke patients (including TNK administration)
+ Ventilator management
+ Cardiac catheterization patients with stents
