**您的主要职责**
+ 1. Translate BG / Plant Management objectives into a Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Plan (PPM), in cooperation with maintenance management. Continuously develop and optimize the PPM, achieving maximum availability of the plant against the lowest costs. / 与维护管理合作，将BG/工厂管理目标转化为预防性和预测维修计划（PPM）。持续发展和优化PPM，以最低成本实现工厂的最大可用性。
+ Identify actual and potential performance killers and cost drivers by evaluating the performance of the plant, using statistical methods, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis). / 通过使用统计方法、RCA（根本原因分析）和FMEA（失效模式和效应分析）评价工厂的实际绩效，确定实际和潜在的绩效杀手和成本动因。
+ Propose and initiate solutions to eliminate actual and potential performance killers and discuss with stakeholders (maintenance, production, business, etc.). Propose solutions to increase Turnaround Intervals. Prepare Capital Expenditure proposals for projects to improve reliability and manage ...
