IFG Flight Test Instrumentation Engineering Associate Manager

This position is for a first line manager of the Integrated Fighter Group Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) team for Test & Evaluation located at Fort Worth, TX. The team is responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and processing all aspects of flight test instrumentation for the F-22 test and F-16 FMS aircrafts. The successful candidate will lead FTI system & detail design engineers. Responsible for onsite technical and management oversight, collaborate with T&E leadership on workforce planning; coordinate with applicable Program Management Office and LOBe team to provide escalation path for technical issues; develop performance and Earned Value metrics; develop specific program metrics to support Enterprise Metrics; develop risk and opportunity matrix related to cost, schedule, and budget.
