Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules.
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs.
- Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications.
- Support clients through all phases of implementation: from discovery and design to testing, training, and go‑live.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance through IFS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system.
