IHG Basic Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Having experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Being able to communicate fluently in both English and Arabic is definitely an advantage.
• A great ability to communicate with others and solid talking skills are the things that matter.
• You have to be able to work any time, even on weekends and holidays‑basically whenever they need you.
• You should be able to handle hotel management software effectively if you are familiar with it.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The capacity to handle stressful situations professionally.
