IHG Voice Project Management Associate Manager

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Coordinate execution of IHG Voice initiatives across assigned workstreams, helping ensure alignment across timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
+ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, testing activities, pilot coordination, and launch readiness checkpoints.
+ Track milestones, deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), escalating concerns and proposing mitigation actions as needed.
+ Support adherence to established ways of working, governance routines, and delivery cadences across initiatives.
+ Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and related artifacts within project management tools and systems.
+ Partner with Analytics and Enablement teams to review performance data, adoption trends, and opportunity insights to support initiative planning and prioritization.
