Imaging Assistant (Technician) x 2

Here at New Victoria Hospital, we are looking for one full‑time Imaging Assistant (Technician) for 37.5 hours per week and one part‑time Imaging Assistant (Technician) for 27 hours per week to join our friendly and supportive Imaging team!

Responsibilities

• Supporting Radiologists, Radiographers and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure a smooth patient journey and high‑quality imaging service.
• Assisting in the day‑to‑day running of the Imaging Department, contributing to a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for patients.
• Preparing patients for imaging examinations, including safety screening, supporting with dressing/undressing where required, and explaining procedures in a clear and reassuring manner.
• Assisting Radiographers and Radiologists during procedures such as biopsies, musculoskeletal lists and interventional imaging.
