Job Description

Technician will be required to receive new computers (desktops, laptops, tablets), place a base image on them using Microsoft MDT images and then install various additional software packages based upon the needs of the receiving customer. During this process, OneNote documentation will need to be created or updated to assure accurate installation documentation exists.
