We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience working with a variety of immigration forms and case types. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with immigration applications and petitions, including but not limited to Forms I-485, I-589, I-765, I-130, I-601, I-601A, and other USCIS filings
- Assist clients in completing forms and gathering the necessary supporting documentation for their cases
- Monitor and follow up on pending cases with USCIS and other immigration agencies
