We are seeking an experiencedImmigration Paralegalin our Minneapolis or Seattle office. In this role, you will assist with all types of employment-based immigration cases, with a strong focus on writing intensive immigration petitions including O-1, EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-2 NIW. In this role, you will:

- Assist attorneys with employment-based immigration cases. Draft, prepare, and file employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L, E, TN, O, PERM labor certifications, I-140 petitions (PERM-based and PERM exempt), and I-485 applications.
