As an Immigration Services Officer, you will identify, design, coordinate, and deliver training services to meet the training requirements of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Field Office Directorate (FOD) in the local office. Responsibilities Serves as a subject matter expert in the training and development. Provides overall coordination of the local training programs. Works with management to identify individual and broad based training needs. Coordinate compliance with mandatory training requirements and maintain records of compliance. Facilitate the professional development of all employees by identifying training events and opportunities.
