Immobilienrecht-Anwalt / Real Estate Partner (m/w/d)

Job Objective

As Senior Real Estate Lawyer, you advise domestic and international clients on high-value real estate transactions and property law matters across Switzerland. You bring deep expertise in Swiss real estate law, combined with a strong command of related corporate, tax, and financing aspects. You work closely with our notarial, M&A, and tax practice groups, and serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, family offices, and institutional investors in all matters relating to property acquisition, development, and structuring.

Responsibilities

• Advise buyers, sellers, and investors on the acquisition, disposal, and financing of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate in Switzerland
• Lead legal due diligence on real estate assets, including title review, land register analysis, encumbrances, easements, building rights, and zoning compliance
