Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Implementation PM for a client in San Antonio, Texas. This person will lead end to end deployment of restaurant technologies, including POS, digital ordering, kitchen systems, loyalty platforms, and back office systems. Execute pilot → phased rollout → full-scale deployment strategies across defined markets. Own cutover planning, go live execution, and hyper-care support to ensure stability and rapid issue resolution. Coordinate daily with product, engineering, operations, field teams, and external vendors. Drive restaurant level readiness, including training coordination, SOP alignment, job aids, and playbooks. Act as the primary bridge between corporate technology teams and field operations. Engage franchisees to ensure alignment, readiness, and adoption of new technologies.
