My Client based in Durban is seeking an Imports Clerk to be apart of their dynamic team.
Minimum requirements:

- Matric and Maritime experience
- Strong Computer and communication skills (MS Word, Excel, Navis, Outlook)
- Duties:
- Process AR and submit Invoice to customer for timeous payments.
- Pay attention to special requirements such as JNB drop‑off requests, overborder shipments, special equipment, or VIP customers with different tariff structures.
- Print invoice and attach copy to freight list to expedite the release process.
- Issue off‑hire container notices to customers and ensure receipt of customer acknowledgement.
- Endorse special remarks/requirements on the system, e.g., off‑hire container or overborder deposit waived.
