Import Export Specialist

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export & import customs clearance activities, including the preparation, verification, and submission of customs declarations (PIB, PEB) and all supporting documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress, identify potential customs or regulatory risks, and proactively resolve clearance issues to minimize delays, demurrage, and detention costs.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant logistics operations.
• Oversee HS Code classification, customs valuation, duty and tax calculations, and ensure accuracy and consistency across declarations, permits, and shipment documentation.
