Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee air import operations covering cargo clearance, warehouse management, and transportation processes
- Understand and coordinate with ground handling agents on operational execution
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and other relevant authorities
- Manage third‑party vendors handling terminal clearance, cargo movement, transport services, and import permit declarations
- Supervise project shipments from arrival to final Proof of Delivery/Acceptance, ensuring service accuracy and timeliness
- Implement and enforce cargo safety, security, and compliance requirements in line with customer and industry standards
- Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operational execution and service delivery
