Import/Export Analyst

Overview

The Import/Export Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end management of import and export activities within Commercial and Manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with regional and international regulations, such as Customs, Export Controls, and Sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trade operations at Medtronic Manufacturing Site in Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam, coordinating with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure timely, accurate customs clearance.
• Support APAC Trade Operations on an ad hoc basis as needed.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all trade documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, Certificates of Origin, and Airwaybill/Bills of Lading.
